KGJSM is wholly committed to the operation of an appropriate quality management system, with full cooperation of adequately trained staff, which satisfies the standards of the DNV GL ST 0029 - Maritime Training Centre, DNV GL ST 0030 - Crew Manning Office and relevant national / international requirements.

It is the policy of this company to provide its Principals with a pool of highly qualified crew at all times, planned and timely crew exchanges, and constantly improving levels of satisfaction.

KGJSM is dedicated to the continuous improvement of its crew pool, services and the company itself, through process control, employee empowerment and management commitment.
